STEP 1 - Select Biller

On the page you need to enter the 5-digit biller number that is used to identify the business you wish to make a payment to. This number should have been provided to you by the business or may appear on the invoice that you wish to pay.

Once you have entered this number you may press the 'Continue' button to proceed to the next step.

STEP 2 - Confirm Biller/Enter Bill References

At the top of this page you will see the biller code number and the name of the business that you are making a payment to. If these details are incorrect you can press the 'Back' button to enter a different biller code number.

Once you have confirmed that the biller is correct you may enter the name on your bill and the bill reference number that will have been provided to you by the business (this may appear on the invoice that you are paying). These details are important because they are required by the business to be able to recognise that you have made the payment. Once you have entered these details you can click the 'Next' button to proceed to the make payment screen.

STEP 3 - Enter Payment Details

This is the screen on which you enter the details of the credit card that you wish to use to make the payment. On the top of the page you will see the biller details of the business you are paying and the details of the bill you are paying so you can confirm that these details are correct.

The payment details that you must enter on this page include:
  • Payment Amount - This is the amount of the invoice / bill that will be deducted from your credit card.
  • Card Type - Type of credit card that you are using to make the payment.
  • Card Number - Card Number as it appears on your credit card (no spaces).
  • Expiry Date - The month and year that the credit card expires, as it appears on the credit card.
  • CCV - The last 3 digits on the signature panel on the back of your credit card.
  • Name on Card - The name that appears on the front of your credit card.
Once you have entered all these details you may press the 'Next' button to proceed to the payment confirmation screen.

STEP 4 - Confirm Payment

This screen allows you to review all the payment details you have entered so you can check that all the details are correct before making your payment. If you wish to change any of these details you may press the 'Back' button, otherwise you can click 'Pay Now' to process your payment.

STEP 5 - Payment Results

This screen tells you whether your payment has been successful and gives you a receipt number. It is a good idea to print this screen or save a copy of the numbers for your records.
