Ezidebit is a service that many Australian businesses use to help collect payments from their customers. In some cases, Ezidebit will appear on your statement instead of the businesses name.

To reset your password, head to the Ezidebit Oline login page and simply click on the “Forgot your password?” link.

A temporary password will be sent to your registered email address attached to your Ezidebit account. Please follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.

• The credit card and bank account number fields must be formatted as text.
• Date fields must be formatted as text (not as Date).
• Expiry Date must be formatted as text.
• If the file is opened and modified in Excel, the credit card number will be changed to exponential format, which can cause problems in the data import process. Therefore, if there is a need to modify the Excel file to resolve a problem, make sure the field type is text, then before saving the file, put an apostrophe “ ‘ “ in front of the following:
  • credit card number;
  • any long numbers;
  • dates.
• The first row in the CSV file must be a header row (Payer Ref, Contract Ref, B/I, Surname, First Name, Address 1, Address 2, Suburb, State, Postcode, Email, Mobile, BA/CC, Account Name, BSB, Account Number, Card Name, Card Number, Expiry Date, Arrangement Type, Once Only Debit Date, Once Only Debit Amount, Regular Debit Start Date, Regular Debit Start Amount, Frequency, Duration, Number of Payments, Total Payable)
